They had a short and blunt chin, so I recommended extending the chin length along with square jaw reduction and zygoma reduction surgery. Let me show you the before-and-after CT scans. This is a frontal CT scan. You can see that the chin has become slimmer and the length has also increased, right? You can observe the bone graft inserted between the segments. By performing a corticotomy on the mandible, the chin has become slimmer, and you can also see that the zygoma (cheekbones) has been well reduced.
